Wenza Mawala

uMbongwa puts three Maskandi tracks together for Wenza Mawala, a 2026 single release built around the title track and two additional songs. Dated 17 September, the release includes appearances from Sne ntuli and Thembani while also leaving room for a solo cut.

The tracklist opens with “Wenzani Ekufeni . Tribute to Sandile Mbongwa,” featuring Sne ntuli. It is followed by “Wenza Mawala,” where Sne ntuli appears again alongside Thembani, giving the title track the release’s largest guest line-up.

“Abathakathi” closes the three-track set and is credited only to uMbongwa. That makes it the sole track without a listed feature, following the two collaborations that lead the release.

With Sne ntuli appearing twice and Thembani joining on the title track, Wenza Mawala gives Maskandi followers a compact set to explore. Check out all three tracks from uMbongwa when the single arrives on 17 September 2026.
