Mshalazi – You are number one (Free Audio)

“You are number one” places Mshalazi’s Maskandi work at the centre of BALIBELE EMALIBENI, the project scheduled for release on 29 October 2026. The song’s title also links it directly to the album’s wider presentation, giving the upcoming project a clear focal point.

Mshalazi is the primary artist attached to the release, with “You are number one” listed as a Maskandi track. That genre connection situates the song within South Africa’s established Maskandi space without revealing details about its sound or lyrical subject matter.

Its appearance on BALIBELE EMALIBENI makes the song relevant beyond a standalone release. For listeners following Mshalazi’s work, it offers an early point of focus ahead of the album’s October 2026 arrival, while the project title frames the song as part of a larger body of music rather than an isolated drop.
